Molecular Gastronomy
Sara Dickerman writes in Slate about trying out Molecular Gastronomy on her son whom she dubs The Critic. I am fairly certain Clem would eat tomato spheres and carrot airs.
The deer was in my front yard the other day. We are not planning on making deer spheres, even if he and his kin ate our pumpkins.

What a pretty deer. Makes my "local meat" plans falter a bit, really.
How can you tell that's a "he" deer?
Well, I think only the boys have horns. See his little horns sprouting up? I love the dark patch on his head. Makes him look like an adolescent experimenting with a slouchy hairstyle.
